Cancellation Policy
I strive to accommodate my clients to the best of my ability, and I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to the following cancellation policy:
1. Cancellation and Rescheduling: You have the option to cancel or reschedule your appointment any time up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time without incurring any charges. This allows me to offer the time slot to other clients who may be on a waiting list.
2. Late Cancellations: If you fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment within the 24-hour window, you will be subject to a charge of 25% of your scheduled appointment cost. This fee helps compensate for the time and resources allocated for your appointment.
3. No Call, No Show Policy: I have a zero-tolerance policy for no call, no shows. If you fail to show up for your appointment without any prior communication, you will automatically be charged 50% of your scheduled appointment cost. This policy is in place to respect the time and effort put into preparing for your appointment.
I value your time and mine, and I strive to provide exceptional service to all my clients. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and I am here to work with you. If something unexpected happens last minute, please text or call me as soon as possible. We can assess your situation and explore possible options based on the circumstances but you MUST contact me. If no contact the no call no show policy will be put in place.
